Our Team at Care Monitors UK understand that some of the products we provide are of a sensitive nature. This is why we are committed to providing a fast, free and discreet delivery service, using plain and non-identifiable packaging.
UK Delivery
We are proud to provide all of our UK customers with 100% free delivery on all of our products when the total value of the order is over £50.. Our products are posted from the UK using Royal Mail standard delivery. We try our best to ship every order the day after the purchase is made, but ask that customers allow for 3-5 days for the delivery of products.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping options to Europe for our overseas customers. Prices for international shipping may vary; we advise that our customers get in touch with us directly to enquire about the cost of shipping to their country in particular, at help@caremonitorsuk.com.
Please note that customs and import charges are placed on packages after they reach their destination country. We do not have any control over these charges, and they must be paid by the customer if they are to receive their items. We do not indicate what is in the parcel, but customs may still decide to seize it. In this case, we are not able to offer refunds.

Returns
If you wish to return any item from an order which you have placed you must contact Care Monitors UK within 14 days of receiving the item. After this, you have 14 days more to return the product to us in its original condition with the invoice enclosed. Any additional postage cost of returning the product is the customer’s to pay.
Upon receiving your return, we will assess the package to ensure it is in its original condition and then the full amount will be refunded onto the card used for payment.
We ask that you take measures to prevent damage to the package before sending.

If you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving them and post them to the above address with the invoice enclosed. Once we have received the package we will either conduct the appropriate exchange or refund your account.
B2B & Trade Orders
Care Monitors UK do not offer a refund on items purchased regarding trade accounts. Business customer who have ordered bulk/quantity will receive a credit note.
If you are a business & do require a refund, you must inform the Care Monitors UK team within 14 days from the invoice date.
Note, Care Monitors UK will apply a 20% surcharge from original total invoice amount will be applied, & a credit note will be issued which is valid for a maximum of a 6 month period from invoice date.
