Whilst we work around the clock to ensure you receive a high standard of service, with a fast dispatch, we continue to encourage our staff to continue working from home. As you can appreciate this has meant our telephone answering capability has been impacted in addition to a high volume of incoming calls. As mentioned above, please note that we are asking our customers to wait 7 working days from receiving your order confirmation prior to contacting us if you query relates to your expected delivery. In most cases you should expect to receive your delivery much quicker than this.

You are able to use the track my order function which is readily available. Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partners will keep you posted on via text message or email, with a live update on the progress of you order.
